Conceptually, the building located on top of a hill is a derivation of an existing path that stands out from the ground, looking for an
unobstructed view of the city and organizing itself in order to form an open patio that serves as a gateway to the immediate forest, mimicked
by the mirrored glass - the facade cladding material able to merge the natural elements with the built ones. Functionally, it is thought as a
topographic mega-structure, a habitable "giant beam" capable to compete with the large neighboring equipments, in which the different
functions develop in a linear way along a distribution corridor, that becomes progressively into an informal living space where the user can
rediscover the sky.
Conceptualmente, o edifício situado no cimo de uma elevação é uma derivação do caminho existente que se destaca do solo, procurando
uma vista desimpedida sobre a cidade e articulando-se de modo a conformar um pátio permeável que serve de porta de estrada ao bosque
imediato, mimetizado pelo vidro espelhado, material de revestimento que funde o natural com o construído. Funcionalmente, encontra-se
pensado como uma mega-estrutura topográfica, uma “viga gigante” habitável capaz de rivalizar em escala com os equipamentos vizinhos,
onde as diversas funções se desenvolvem de modo linear ao longo de um corredor de distribuição, que se vai transformando
progressivamente num espaço de estar informal que redescobre o céu.
